What we collect and why
When you contact us or submit an investment opportunity, we process the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, company, and the contents of your message or submission, including any documents you choose to upload.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to assess opportunities you bring to us, and, where you have explicitly opted in, to keep you informed about our activities. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in evaluating potential acquisitions.
How long we keep your data
Contact enquiries are retained for no longer than two years after our last correspondence. Deal submissions and their documents are retained for the duration of the evaluation and, where a transaction proceeds, for the period required by Dutch law. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with the service providers that operate this website and its secure document storage, under appropriate processing agreements, and with professional advisers where required to evaluate a transaction, always under confidentiality.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@highvestcapital.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
