Founded in Amsterdam in 2019, Highvest Capital is a privately held real estate investment company. We answer to our own balance sheet, and to the long term.
Our story
Built deliberately, grown carefully
Highvest began with a clear observation: the Dutch market rewards owners who combine local knowledge with genuine patience. Since 2019 we have assembled a concentrated portfolio of light industrial, logistics and residential assets, selected one by one, managed hands-on.
Today the firm comprises 18 professionals across offices in Amsterdam, London and Barcelona. We remain deliberately small: every investment decision is made by the people who will live with it.
Stewardship of historic assets requires a balance between modern utility and architectural heritage.
